Credit Bureau of Baton Rouge Spins Off Its Sales and Marketing Division To Form Noesis Data, LLC.

Baton Rouge, November 14, 2005 - The Credit Bureau of Baton Rouge has spun off its sales and marketing division to better serve the total consumer information needs of its existing and future members. The new company, Noesis Data, LLC, will serve as the sales and marketing agent for the Credit Bureau of Baton Rouge, Inc. and its Corporate Partners, including Equifax, ChoicePoint, Fidelity National Information Services, and others.

In addition to credit reporting services, Noesis Data will offer a comprehensive suite of innovative, industry-leading consumer information solutions, including debt recovery products, fraud detection and prevention, employee background screening, residential tenant screening, check authorization, mortgage reporting, direct marketing, personal solutions and much more. Noesis Data will serve customers across a wide range of industries including the financial services, retail, healthcare, telecommunications/ utilities, brokerage, automotive, insurance and government.
